The theme for NANT 12 is Mission: Excellence.
At NANT, excellence means that we constantly recommit to the highest intention for the greatest good. And that all roads lead to serving babies and families in the NICU. It is not synonymous with perfection.
It is less about exhaustive professional striving and more about refueling and elevating. Less about chasing excellence and more about igniting and demonstrating it in everything we do on the mission to improve developmental outcomes for babies all over the world.
Through that lens, how does your research/work support neonatal therapy, specific facets of neurodevelopment, oral feeding, neonatal outcomes, infant-parent bonding, the environment of care, collaboration, and more?
What clinical initiatives have expanded the competence and confidence of your therapy and/or NICU team? What advances have you made that would help another team avoid reinventing the wheel?
