Note: Innara Health established the following scholarships before knowing (of course) that the conference would sell out by now. Scholarships may be awarded to those who have already registered (in the form of a refund) or to those who have not yet registered and/or are on waiting list. Note that the selection is random.
Innara Health has established two scholarships for the 2015 NANT Conference, to provide full registration and one-night’s hotel expense for each recipient. Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational and Physical Therapists who work with neonatal patients are eligible for these scholarships. Recipients will be selected randomly from those who complete the required survey, found here: http://www.innarahealth.com/nant-survey
Surveys must be completed and submitted by 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, on Thursday, March 12, 2015. Recipients will be notified on Friday March 13, 2015, via the email address provided in the survey.
