Whether you’re a neonatal therapist or not, work in healthcare or not, I think you’ll enjoy knowing that people really do care this much about what they do every day. How can we not? We work with the sweetest patients on the planet.

We created this video for the very first NANT Conference, hence the circa 2011-ish images. But the spirit of this video remains intact. Healthcare is challenging. At the end of the day, our patients are the primary reason we stay, persevere, and thrive.
