Neonatal Professionals – Please Take Survey: Relationship between HFNC and Oral Feeding

Caution: Hot topic!

Please take this quick survey created by 2014 NANT Conference speakers Robin Glass, MS, OTR, IBCLC and Lynn Wolf, MOT, OTR, IBCLC.

Your input is invaluable. The more the merrier. Please contribute!

Details here:

Currently, the use of heated humidified high flow nasal cannula (HFNC) is becoming standard of care in most hospitals. Yet we don’t understand how HFNC affects the feeding process.

Please fill out this survey to help identify the current state of feeding practices in NICUs in relationship to babies on HFNC. We hope this information will lead to best practice models for our NICU babies.

The results of this survey will be presented at the NANT 2014 conference on Apr 26, 2014 as part of the presentation “Don’t go with the flow: understanding the relationship of HFNC and feeding” by Robin Glass, MS, OTR, IBCLC and Lynn Wolf, MOT, OTR, IBCLC.

We hope you will take a few moments out of your busy day to answer these survey questions and help be a part of advancing neonatal clinical practice.

Thank you for your time.

Robin Glass/Lynn Wolf
