NANT Members, without you, there is no NANT, no passionate community to support. There is no mission or vision to improve neurodevelopmental outcomes for babies in the NICU through the unique contributions of neonatal therapy. Today, we, the NANT Team, want to thank every Member.
Your desire to be part of this mission, deep commitment to the specialty and each other, and dedication to the tiny patients you serve led to a 10% increase in NANT Membership in 2024. You’re in all 50 states, 30 countries(!), and over 1,400 hospitals. Registration for the 2025 NANT Conference is up 50% over last year at this time. What a great start for the new year!
And you don’t just belong, you engage – you logged over 7,000 online NANT Course completions in one year! Over 500 of you attended NANT 14. You asked and replied to countless questions and readily shared resources in your private Facebook Community. You prevented each other from reinventing the wheel on so many levels and you did it with professionalism and a collaborative spirit. It’s clear that you put babies and families first. It’s an inspiring thing to watch.
Your energy is contagious.
You have proven that it doesn’t take millions of people to change the world. You have demonstrated how a small-ish, focused community of people who know their purpose and are willing to collaborate can optimize the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of babies around the globe.
So, while you’re doing the hard work in the NICU today, remember that you are an invaluable part of something bigger. We see you: clinicians, researchers, professors, mentors, leaders, innovators, and students. We appreciate you. We are excited to get up every day and support you.
