Description: This hands-on pre-conference session will provide neonatal therapists with essential knowledge and techniques to manage common orthopedic conditions in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring that therapists are prepared to provide early intervention and support while maintaining infant safety.

As a result of participation in this continuing education activity, participants should be able to:
1. Demonstrate safe techniques for stabilizing birth-acquired fractures (humerus, clavicle, femur) in neonates.
2. Apply methods for managing congenital knee hyperextension and positioning to prevent complications.
3. Utilize appropriate positioning techniques for congenital hip dislocation to ensure infant safety and effective care in the NICU.
