Each year, NANT welcomes a new group into the Launch Leadership Program, created and led by Chrysty Sturdivant and me. Louisa, a Launch Alum from 2020, best describes what we hope each participant experiences:
“Completing the Launch Program has been absolutely transformational for me. The “new” me has learned to be more balanced, organized, aligned, mindful, intentional and compassionate in every aspect of my life, with every role I have (myself, worker, wife, mother, friend, daughter, sister, etc.). I was pleasantly surprised that its focus wasn’t just on work but on the grand view of your life as one entity. I believe strongly in the on-going goal to strive to be the best version of yourself, and Launch has significantly helped me get closer to the person I want to become. The strategies I learned and continue to use every day have been incredibly valuable and effective. I also cherish the relationships I developed during the program and am glad for the opportunity to grow them by being a part of the elite “Launch Alumni Group.” It is a title I wear with pride! In truth my only regret was not completing the program sooner… its impact on my life has been exponential! I am forever grateful! “
