Course Description: The Positioning Pearls are a series of 7 videos that start with an overview of key neurodevelopmental positioning concepts followed by 6 videos that show various ways to position babies during specific clinical scenarios. The videos focus on using the 5 Key Tenets of Neurodevelopmentally Supportive Positioning: Flexion, Containment, Midline Alignment, 360 degrees of Proprioception and Free Movement with Recoil. Learn the basics or discover some alternative ways to give your babies supportive positioning and sensory input that will help to promote healthy development of the brain and body.
