Practice Competencies for the Neonatal Therapist is a foundational, dynamic set of competencies established by the NANT Professional Collaborative (NPC) for neonatal therapists (NTs) and their mentors in Level II-IV NICUs.
It is peer-reviewed, interprofessional, and divided into 3 sections that are prefaced with recommendations and directions for intended use.
