Attend Infant Health Policy Summit Virtually

NANT is part of the volunteer Steering Committee for the National Coalition for Infant Health (NCfIH).

The NCfIH “is a collaborative of professional, clinical, community health, and family support organizations that uses education and advocacy to promote patient-centered care for premature infants and their families. NCfIH envisions safe, healthy infants whose families can access the information, care and treatment their babies need.”

Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 31st is the 8th annual Infant Health Policy Summit in Washington, DC. While in-person attendance is now closed, you can livestream the Summit for free by signing up here.

NANT’s Communications Manager, Christy Gliniak, Ph.D., OTR/L, CNT, CPXP, is excited and honored to give the Opening Remarks for the event.

Topics include:

  • Black maternal health crisis
  • RSV vaccines and interventions
  • Parents as partners in their baby’s care
  • Human donor milk quality and safety
  • Drug, formula and product shortages

This Summit will give you an entirely different perspective on advocating for the babies we serve. It’s well worth registering and logging in for any sessions you can attend.

And thanks, Christy Gliniak, for representing neonatal therapists and NANT!

Check out the full agenda on this page. And again, HERE is the link to register for the livestream at no cost.
