Every Launch Leadership Program class has a unique trajectory due to the combination of colleagues who show up and the ways in which they engage with the program and each other.
This most recent 2025 class was no exception. They invested so much time and effort into not only completing the educational modules but also in applying and integrating the tools and resources – personally and professionally – between our group calls and even in real time during them. It was remarkable to witness and humbling to be part of.
